Hey Soul Tribe! I am the creator of Nyoko’s Interlude—a space where healing and financial empowerment meet with intention, depth, and purpose. My journey didn’t begin from a place of clarity, it began in survival mode. Moving through life without the right tools, feeling misaligned, and knowing deep down there had to be more pushed me to search for answers beyond the surface. I wasn’t just looking to get by .. I was determined to transform.

I found my grounding through herbology and sound healing, and that’s where everything began to shift. Working with herbs awakened something in me—it taught me how to listen to my body, how to honor it, and how to heal in a way that felt natural, not forced. It became a relationship, not just a practice. Then sound healing came in and took that connection even deeper. Understanding frequency and vibration showed me how powerful energy truly is—how it can move through you, release what’s been held in, and bring you back into alignment. These weren’t just tools…they became a way of life. A way of remembering who I was beneath the stress, the pressure, and the survival patterns.

Before I fully stepped into financial literacy, I was introduced to trading—and it changed the way I saw money completely. Trading taught me discipline, patience, and emotional control on a whole new level. It challenged me, refined me, and forced me to move with intention. It showed me that wealth isn’t luck—it’s strategy, self-mastery, and consistency. It’s how you think, how you move, and how you respond under pressure.

That foundation led me into financial literacy—especially understanding credit. I began to realize that knowing how to grow money is powerful, but knowing how to structure and leverage it is just as important. I’ve seen how not understanding credit can keep you locked out of opportunities, and how learning it can open doors you didn’t even know existed. For me, it became about more than numbers—it became about freedom, access, and taking my power back in a real, tangible way.

What makes my journey unique is how all of these worlds come together. I don’t believe in choosing between healing and wealth—I believe they’re meant to exist together. Herbology and sound healing helped me restore myself from within, while trading and credit gave me the tools to build something solid in the physical. That’s real alignment. That’s real power.
